2009miss international
The 2009 Miss International World Pageant was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province,
China on November 28. Sichuan Province was chosen as host of this event to encourage
the local people, which suffered greatly with the Great Sichuan Earthquake in 2008.
After the activities in Beijing, the representatives came into Chengdu on November 19
and participated in charity events in various locations around
Chengdu until the opening of the Pageant on 28th. Miss Anagabriela Espinoza,
21, from Mexico won the grand prix.
